This role will have responsibilities include but not limit to below items: Responsibilities • Lead the supplier engagement step (scale up to launch) , • Support key initiatives by driving and coordinating NPI projects involving 3rd Party Supplier , • Support product development to define product specifications and co-ordinate manufacturing of prototypes under confidentiality agreements , • Coordinate activity with Design and Development functions, Manufacturing, Procurement, Trade compliance, Tax, and Legal to ensure all requirements of 3PM are met, and contracts are in place , • Lead Low risk , • Support High risk , • Manufacturer Onboarding , • Day to Day Operations , • Operations supplier relationship (including Issue resolution) , • Continuous improvement to deliver Service improvement, Inventory / Lead time reduction, Cost decrease, Quality improvement, footprint / portfolio optimization , • Find and develop new innovative process opportunities to benefit future product introductions , • Lead E2E supply chain process improvement projects across EMEA M&SC involving 3rd party Suppliers , • Help develop and optimise 3rd party manufacturing processes to benefit 3M products and coordinate qualification activities at suppliers , • Suppliers assessments (operations): check that suppliers processes and quality system will totally meet 3M requirements Requirements Nice-to-haves Benefits Apply tot his job
