Financial Analyst - Pediatric Shared Services Team 100% remote

About the position Responsibilities • Coordinate and implement administrative operations involving accounts payable and purchasing across multiple pediatric divisions. • Ensure correct functioning of MCW purchasing and accounts payables processing and/or business support services. • Communicate purchasing and accounts payable policies to pediatric division personnel. • Facilitate training and ensure compliance among staff responsible for purchasing and employee reimbursements. • Conduct financial analysis and analyze P&L statements, preparing accurate and timely reports. • Perform complex analysis, data manipulation, and report generation. • Analyze monthly financial performance compared to budget expectations. • Respond to ad hoc requests and provide financial interpretation, analysis, and market-based information. • Oversee completion of special projects as assigned. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related area.
