Financial Analyst - TalTeam - Remote

Description: Provide accounting and business support for the client Vacation Club Condominium Associations from both a financial reporting and budget development aspect. Work with a team of finance and business professionals in a collaborative environment to optimize business results. Develop partnerships with key stakeholders across the Client Parks and Resorts Segment to foster a broad understanding of the business implications that impact the Associations. Prepares journal entries and analyzes financial results. Performs account reconciliations for intercompany transactions and ensures the accurate transfer of funds. Consolidates financial review packages. Qualifications: Proficient in all aspects of accounting principles and financial reporting Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail Strong Excel modeling skills and the ability to work with large amounts of data and ensure accuracy Exposure to budget and forecasting concepts Demonstrated analytical ability and strong computer/systems skills. Proven ability to perform ad hoc analysis in a fast-paced dynamic environment and ability to work with a sense of urgency and curiosity Excellent team player with solid interpersonal skills Experience in providing financial support within the Timeshare industry Working knowledge of SAP and Longview Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent Preferred Education: Certified Public Accountant Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
