Financial Controller (Full-Time, Remote) We’re hiring a Financial Controller who can bring discipline, accuracy, and financial leadership to a fast-growing company. About the Role We’re looking for a Financial Controller who can own the entire financial backbone of the company from reporting and forecasting to internal controls and compliance. This is not a junior accounting position, and it’s not a learn as you go role. What You’ll Own Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting ️Build reliable forecasts and budgets ️Monitor variances and provide insights ️Create scenario models (best, worst, most likely) Cash Flow & Risk Management ️Maintain healthy cash flow visibility ️Build and enforce spending controls ️Manage reserves, liquidity, and financial risk Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership ️Be a trusted financial partner to the CEO and leadership ️Communicate issues early, clearly, and with solutions ️Uphold financial discipline across departments ️Translate financial data into simple, actionable insights What We’re Looking For Required Experience: ️5 10+ years in accounting and financial management ️Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Assistant Controller, or Senior Accountant with full ownership ️Hands-on experience with: - budgeting - forecasting - internal controls - cash flow management Required Skills ️Highly conservative financial mindset ️Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities ️Strong command of accounting systems (QuickBooks preferred) ️Strong systems thinker you improve processes, not maintain broken ones ️Skilled in building clean, accurate dashboards and reports ️Excellent communication skills simple, direct, and transparent Apply at VAinUSA.com/apply Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
