Full Charge Bookkeeper - Perm Hire up to $85K Base

About the position Responsibilities • Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including lease administration, budgeting, payables, and receivables. • Work closely with banks, accountants, and investors to ensure seamless financial operations. • Oversee the maintenance of accurate financial records and generate detailed reports. • Receive comprehensive training from bookkeeping staff and report on financial matters. • Ensure all financial activities comply with established policies and regulations. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years Real Estate/Property Management Accounting experience required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Experience with Yardi Real Estate Management software is highly desirable. • Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail. • Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently. Nice-to-haves • Accounting experience is a plus.
