Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned Test Lead with extensive experience in the Healthcare and PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) industry to lead our quality assurance efforts. As a QA Test Lead, you will be responsible for reviewing the functionality of existing systems, conducting requirement analysis, defining test strategy and design, and leading the execution of test plans to ensure superior outcomes. You will also design optimal test environments to simulate real-time scenarios, collaborate with team members to create innovative solutions, and participate in a learning culture that values teamwork and diversity.

Key Responsibilities

Validation and Quality Assurance Expertise: Act as a validation and quality assurance expert, reviewing existing systems to ensure they meet the required standards.

Requirement Analysis and Test Strategy: Conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy and design, and lead the execution of test plans to guarantee superior outcomes.

Test Environment Design: Design optimal test environments to simulate real-time scenarios, ensuring that our software solutions meet the needs of our clients.

Collaboration and Innovation: Collaborate with team members to create innovative, high-quality, and defect-free solutions that meet our clients' business needs.

Learning Culture: Participate in a learning culture that values teamwork, collaboration, and diversity, and encourages excellence and continuous learning.

Test Automation: Develop and execute automated test cases using tools like Java, Selenium Webdriver, and API test automation using Ready API.

Test Planning and Execution: Plan and execute manual test cases, and develop test data to simulate production application environments.

Defect Life Cycle Management: Manage the defect life cycle, including identifying, reporting, and resolving defects.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Information Technology Experience: 4 years of Information Technology experience, with a focus on quality assurance and testing.

Healthcare and PBM Industry Experience: 4 years of experience in the Healthcare and PBM industry, with a deep understanding of the regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Programming Skills: 2 years of hands-on coding experience with Java, Selenium Webdriver, Test automation, and API test automation using Ready API.

Testing Strategies and SDLC: Experience with testing strategies, test execution, and the full SDLC lifecycle.

Version Control Systems: Experience with version control systems such as SVN, GitHub, and BitBucket.

Lean/Agile Development Methodologies: Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies, including Agile tools like JIRA.

Nice-to-Haves

API/Web Services Testing: Experience in API/Web Services testing, including API test automation using Ready API.

Database Testing: Experience in database testing, including writing simple to medium complex database queries.

DevOps Concepts: Knowledge of DevOps concepts, including continuous integration and continuous deployment.

Test Management Tools: Familiarity with Test Management tools such as Zephyr.

Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
