Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant ? Strong background in bookkeeping practices, including accounts receivable and payable ? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills ? Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and overseeing daily financial operations ? Manage AP and AR processes ? Record day-to-day financial transactions ? Manage payroll and tax process ? Prepare monthly financial reports in QuickBooks ? Work with the Controller on tax filings and accurate financial reports Requirements: ? 5+ years of bookkeeping experience required ? Bachelor?s degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred ? Quickbooks training and/or certification required ? Excellent organizational and time management skills ? Strong attention to detail and accuracy ? Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking ? Must be authorized to work in the United States ? Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment ? Ability to get things done with resources you don?t control ? Willingness to admit you don?t know and ask for help ?
