Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive individual and team excellence. Provide coaching and support for professional development. Required Skills: Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with labor laws and regulations. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
