Data Analytics: Utilize HR analytics to make data-driven decisions, monitoring key HR metrics, and preparing reports for management. Required Skills: Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role. Knowledge of HR functions, such as recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote, self-motivated environment.
