You’ll maintain and repair the machinery that turns recycled paper into corrugated boxes used in everyday products – from pizzas at Domino’s to Amazon deliveries and moving supplies from Home Depot! What We’re Looking For: • Required Skills: • Troubleshooting of 3-Phase power/electricity • AC/DC Motors and Motor Starters • Gearboxes/Gear Reducers • Basic knowledge of PLCs & VFDs • Hydraulics and Pneumatic Systems • Bonus Skills/Experience: • Experience with electrical instrumentation • Ability to troubleshoot logic controllers/VFDs online • Knowledge of Boiler/Steam systems • Welding/Fabrication skills • Conduit Bending & Machining (Lathe, Mill, Press, etc.) • Industrial Safety experience What’s the Work Environment Like? • Physical Demands: • Regular standing, walking, reaching, and the occasional crawling or kneeling • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance • Specific vision abilities, including close and distance vision, color vision, and depth perception • Mathematical Skills: • Ability to read a tape measure and apply basic high school-level math • Reasoning Ability: • Ability to follow written, oral, or graphic instructions and apply common-sense reasoning Required Tools: • Must-Haves: • A set of screwdrivers, wrench sets (Metric & Standard), socket sets, hammers, and more • High-quality tools from brands like Craftsman, Gearwrench, and Channellock • Nice-to-Haves: • Pipe wrenches, tap & die sets, welding gloves & helmet, machinist tools, and more What We Provide: • Fluke T6-1000 Multi-Meter and power tools to help you succeed • Specialty tools required to perform your tasks Ready to Join the Pratt Team?
