Join our dynamic team as a Customer Success Specialist, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our client's food ordering app. As the primary point of contact, you will handle customer inquiries, concerns, and provide information through inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Company: Workwarp (partnered with TWO95 International, Inc)
- Location: Fully Remote (available to candidates in the United States)
- Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 12:00 am – 11:00 am (5 days per week, 8 working hours + 1 hour break)
- Job Type: Full-time (Rotational Shift)
- Compensation: Competitive salary (RM 3,000++) with extra allowances
To succeed in this role, you should be:
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (speaking, writing, and reading)
- Customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a typing speed of at least 40wpm (90% accuracy)
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in placing online orders
- Providing support through phone calls
- Processing payments securely
- Proactively supporting customers and maintaining brand reputation
- Collaborating with the team to improve customer support
