As a Principal HR Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering cutting-edge HR reporting and analytics solutions that inform strategic business decisions. Collaborate with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to drive a culture of data-driven decision-making and grow HR's people data literacy. Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to showcase the value of people data insights and influence business decisions Design and execute cross-functional analytics projects to advance HR and talent strategies, analyzing KPIs and talent data to identify trends and make recommendations Develop engaging presentations to train departments on research findings, leveraging storytelling skills to communicate outcomes and recommendations to senior leaders Lead, coach, and provide guidance to other team members, participating in evaluating new technologies to advance the organization's business intelligence needs Stay up-to-date with people analytics and industry trends, proactively informing leaders of signals and recommendations to inform employee experience efforts Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field, with 7 years of experience supporting HR technology, including HR report writing or analytics experience 3 years of Workday Report Writing experience, SQL experience, or equivalent, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office/365, especially Excel Exceptional analytical and reporting capabilities, with strong oral and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and business acumen Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, work through ambiguity, and lead, coach, and provide guidance to other team members What We Offer: Competitive salary range: $108,000 - $184,000, based on experience and skills Comprehensive benefits package, including incentives and additional compensation Opportunity to work with a growing, team-oriented, and award-winning company Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion How to Apply: Apply Now and take the first step towards an exciting and rewarding career with Prime Therapeutics!
