About the Role:
As a Babysitter/Nanny with The Elite Job, you will be responsible for:
- Providing attentive and compassionate childcare for children of varying ages

- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for children at all times
- Following parents' guidelines and preferences for feeding, napping, and routines
- Fostering open communication with parents, updating them on daily activities and milestones
- Handling minor disciplinary matters with patience and understanding
- Responding to emergency situations calmly and effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience in childcare or related roles is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with children and parents
- Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and collaborate effectively
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability to respond to various child-related situations
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
