Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced NLP models and systems, with a focus on transformer architectures. Oversee and mentor a team of NLP engineers and researchers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define NLP requirements and translate them into actionable engineering plans. Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and production-ready NLP pipelines and services. Conduct research into new NLP techniques, algorithms, and tools to enhance our product offerings. Evaluate and integrate state-of-the-art NLP models and libraries. Optimize NLP models for performance, efficiency, and accuracy in production environments. Present technical findings and project updates to stakeholders across the organization. Requirements Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in Natural Language Processing engineering. Proven expertise in transformer-based models (e.g., BERT, GPT, RoBERTa) and their applications. Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with NLP libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, NLTK). Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Demonstrated experience in leading technical projects and mentoring junior engineers. Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git) and testing. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience working in a hybrid or remote work environment is a plus.
