Overview
Motto Mortgage Triumph is seeking a full-time, remote Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer with 3+ years of origination experience to support both residential and commercial loan opportunities
Responsibilities
• Advise borrowers on loan products and financing options
• Manage the loan process from application through closing
• Collect, review, and submit required documentation
• Build and maintain referral relationships
• Ensure compliance with applicable lending regulations
Requirements
• Active NMLS license
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a producing Mortgage Loan Officer
• Strong understanding of residential mortgage lending
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Compensation
• 100% commission-based compensation
• Earnings vary based on production
• Signing bonus may be available for qualified candidates
Work Environment
