The Opportunity: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
We're seeking a skilled and dedicated LPN to join our community in Eastlake, OH. As an LPN with connectRN, you'll have the flexibility to choose your shifts, work as much as you want, and earn a competitive hourly rate of $32-$51, plus periodic bonuses and additional compensation. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide activities of daily living (ADLs) to nursing home residents and other patients in accordance with individualized care plans.
- Document care provided and report changes in resident status to shift supervisor.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed as an LPN with connectRN, you'll need:
- A current license or credential to work as a LPN in the state of Ohio.
- Experience working in long-term care or similar care settings.
- A professional team-player attitude and a commitment to maintain a reliable shift history.
- The ability to lift 25 or more pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous experience working with connectRN or similar platforms.
- Certifications in specialized areas, such as wound care or gerontology.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software.
Compensation and Benefits
As an LPN with connectRN, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:
- Base hourly rate: $32-$51 per hour.
- Periodic bonuses based on facility demand.
- 1.5X Holiday Pay.
- 1.5X Overtime Pay for every hour worked over 40 hours per week.
- Referral Bonus when a friend you referred to connectRN works their first shift.
- Facility Referral Bonus when a facility you referred to connectRN becomes a partner.
