Manager/Director - Strategic Finance (M&A and FP&A Services)

We are seeking an experienced Manager/Director for our Strategic Finance team in delivering comprehensive financial modeling, planning, and transaction advisory services to clients across diverse industries. This role involves managing complex client engagements, developing sophisticated financial models, and providing strategic insights to support critical business decisions. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement Management • Lead and manage strategic finance and FP&A client engagements from inception through delivery • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery and strategic counsel • Present financial analysis, recommendations, and insights to C-suite executives and board members • Identify opportunities for additional services and drive business development initiatives • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within budget and timeline Financial Planning & Analysis and M&A Support Services • Design and build comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning • Lead development of multi-year financial plans and scenario analysis for clients • Provide strategic insights into financial performance, variance analysis, and key performance indicators • Develop executive-level KPIs and reporting frameworks • Pre-acquisition diligence work including quality of earnings, working capital and operating cash flow analyses. • Conduct comprehensive due diligence analysis and financial risk assessment • Assist with preparation investment committee memos and transaction summary materials • Support clients through transaction negotiations with financial analysis and modeling insights Team Leadership & Development • Manage and mentor senior associates and associates • Review and quality control all team deliverables before client presentation Process Innovation & Excellence • Develop standardized modeling templates and analytical frameworks • Assist with automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy of financial analysis Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred • 5-10 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, M&A financial due diligence, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting • CFA, CPA, or similar professional certification preferred • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel • Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies, M&A processes, and transaction structures • Proven experience managing client relationships and leading project teams • Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities Apply tot his job
