PURPOSE: Assist our Silkscreen team Press Operators to efficiently produce visually dynamic decals in preparation for them to be applied to our signature desktop models EDUCATION: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. EXPERIENCE: Experience in silk screen or equivalent educational experience a plus KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: • Basic computer skills • Good problem-solving skills • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Ability to work in a team environment • Must be engaged and able to prioritize job duties • Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently and accurately through a large volume of projects • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment • Experience working in manufacturing environment a plus • Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team Environment • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Ability to read and write English • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Operate all equipment according to safety standards • Wash ink residue & reclaim screens using solvents and equipment such as a pressure washer according to safety protocols • Dry screens and prep for imaging (Burning) • Take rendering positives and burn them onto the film • Operates the film burning station and ensures safety protocols are followed • Adheres film onto screens and disperses the screens to the appropriate press operator • Ensures that the press operators have the appropriate ink colors based on the order programming and requests new mixed inks when needed • Back up to the press operators as needed • Assist other departments when required WHAT WE OFFER?
