I have created and had our 10DLC Brand approved. I have created an SMS campaign, which states that it is active. I have applied for a phone number and assigned it to the profile/user that I want to be able to send text messages. However, I am getting a message that states: "This number is already being assigned to a campaign. Please wait for the assignment completion - this has been almost a month. When I login to the Zoom Workplace, I can see the SMS option on the dashboard - but when I try to text I get an error message that the phone number isn't assigned to a campaign. I'd really just like someone to get into our zoom acct and look around to see why we cannot send SMS messages. We only use zoom for meetings and want to use it for SMS. We don't use the actual phone part of zoom as we have desk phones in the office. Apply tot his job
