Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant for High-Earning Creator Part-time to start (5–10 hrs/week), remote, long-term growth potential I’m a successful digital creator running a premium subscription-based brand and multiple social platforms. I’m seeking a business-savvy, emotionally intelligent partner to help manage the operational side of my business — including communication with third parties, tracking deliverables, and protecting the integrity of my contracts and time. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in professional spaces, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping creative entrepreneurs stay protected, organized, and aligned. ⸻ You’ll Help Me With: • Handling business communication with third-party agencies, sales teams, and support staff • Tracking contract terms, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure I’m protected and on track • Coordinating with attorneys, accountants, bookkeepers, and other business professionals • Scheduling and managing business-related tasks and appointments • Fielding brand deals, partnership inquiries, and professional emails • Helping source and vet freelancers for tasks like video editing, content support, or YouTube • Offering guidance on whether current partners and structures are a good long-term fit • Supporting me in realistic planning, time management, and weekly content strategy ⸻ ✅ You Are: • Experienced with digital creators, influencers, or subscription-based businesses • Confident in navigating contracts, third-party relationships, and business systems • Emotionally grounded, respectful of boundaries, and highly organized • Strong in communication, follow-through, and documentation • Able to advocate for your client while maintaining professionalism • Excited to be part of a growing brand and willing to build long-term ⸻ Bonus if you: • Have experience managing creators or agency relationships • Can assist with basic financial organization or light bookkeeping • Understand the content creation cycle and how to plan for energy and consistency • Are open to evolving into a more strategic or leadership role over time ⸻ Pay: $40–$70/hour depending on experience, with potential to increase hours and compensation as we grow together.
