The campus recruiter will be the hands-on lead for the recruitment of current students as well as newly graduated individuals entering the workforce. Your position will be heavily focused on the recruitment of new graduate Registered Nurses to join our various training programs and help prepare the nursing workforce of the future. In this role you will partner with nursing leadership at the local... level to develop and execute a strategy to meet our new graduate workforce goals. You will also develop deep relationships with partner schools, including onsite visits, to ensure a sufficient pipeline of new grad talent to our workforce. What you will do in this role: Participate, as a subject matter expert and leader, in the development of a local strategy to ensure our campus recruitment results meet the needs of our patients and workforce Actively manage a requisition load and hire candidates into positions, including monthly and annual targets for hiring Partner with local executives in these efforts as well as provide reporting and analysis to this audience of our results, what we are doing well, and where opportunities for improvement exist Working closely with nursing leadership, you will develop deep relationships with partner nursing schools. This includes class visits, posting management, career fairs, hospital-based events and other avenues to ensure current and recent students understand how we can add value to their early careers. What you will need for this role: Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 3 years of recruitment experience Experience in campus recruitment, specifically for nursing, is highly preferred Compensation Pay: $50,000-$90,000 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience. Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
