Role Overview We are in search of a meticulous and organized In-House Accountant to oversee our comprehensive accounting functions. This position encompasses the management of accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, and ensuring the accuracy of financial documentation. Candidates with experience in QuickBooks Enterprise and QuickBooks Point of Sale (POS) Desktop, who thrive in dynamic environments, are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities • Manage accounts payable to ensure timely invoice processing. • Oversee accounts receivable, including invoicing and collection follow-ups. • Conduct regular bank reconciliations and matching procedures. • Maintain precise financial records in QuickBooks Enterprise. • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. • Collaborate with various departments to address accounting-related concerns. • Provide necessary support during audits and tax filings. Required Skills • Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and QuickBooks POS Desktop. • Strong grasp of accounting principles and practices. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Capability to work independently as well as part of a team. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. • Demonstrated experience in accounting or related functions. • CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
