OneNotary is actively hiring full-time Remote Online Notaries to serve our business partners and website patrons as independent contractors or employees. As a Platform Notary, you will conduct a wide variety of platform requests, including but not limited to General Notary Work (GNW) such as Affidavits and Powers of Attorney. We offer the flexibility of working a set schedule and on-demand, based on your availability. Once approved, you will complete the OneNotary training and onboard with a confident and comprehensive understanding of how the platform works and the customized features we offer to maintain our highest-quality standards. Responsibilities • You have availability to accept incoming requests from OneNotary's website customers and business partners. • You're a team player with a passion for providing 5-star service in a fast-paced environment. • You ensure all required fields are completed according to statutory and platform requirements. • You understand when to terminate a session, including if a participant fails to comply with the notarization process, according to statutory and platform requirements. • You have the privacy of a dedicated, uninterrupted workspace, and a well-lit, professional appearance while conducting online platform requests.
