Job Title: Oracle PLM Functional Consultant Location: Remote (Milestone Travel as Required) Duration: 6+ Months Contract Work Authorization: s / s Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle PLM Functional Consultant to join our team for a remote engagement with milestone-based travel. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) modules and experience leading or supporting multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud/On-Premise PLM implementations. Responsibilities: Lead Oracle PLM Cloud/Agile PLM solution design, configuration, and implementation. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions. Provide functional expertise across Oracle PLM modules such as Product Development, Product Data Hub, Innovation Management, and Agile PLM. Support product structure, item master, BOM management, change management, and workflow configuration. Facilitate workshops, prepare functional documentation (BRD, MD50, test scripts), and support testing cycles (SIT, UAT). Work closely with technical teams for integrations, extensions, and data migration. Provide best practice recommendations for product lifecycle management processes. Deliver training and post-go-live support to business users. Required Skills & Experience: 14+ years of Oracle Applications experience, with at least 5+ years in Oracle PLM (Cloud and/or Agile). Proven experience in Oracle Product Development Cloud, PDH, and Change Management . Strong knowledge of product structures, BOMs, document management, and PLM workflows. Hands-on experience with PLM integrations to ERP/SCM systems. Excellent communication, client-facing, and documentation skills. Prior experience working in manufacturing, hi-tech, or life sciences industries preferred. Nice to Have: Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (SCM, Manufacturing, Quality). Agile PLM to Oracle Cloud migration experience. Oracle certification(s) in PLM/SCM modules.
