Role Overview: The Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant plays a pivotal role in integrating and optimizing Oracle-based processes, technologies, and financial modules. This role demands a strategic mindset combined with hands-on technical expertise and business acumen to effectively collaborate across organizational departments, ensuring seamless integrations and operational efficiencies. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with customer architects, functional consultants, finance teams, and senior management to deliver comprehensive Oracle integration solutions. Design, configure, and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Oracle R12 modules. Design, configure, and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBusiness Suite Expense module. Develop and maintain SQL and PL/SQL-based solutions, including customizations and interfaces. Execute Oracle Middleware integrations, ensuring robust and seamless data flows between Oracle systems and external applications. Lead the design and implementation of technical architecture for data extraction, transformation, and loading from diverse sources. Work with solution architects to enhance integration methodologies and implement industry best practices. Provide functional and technical expertise within Oracle financial modules, notably P2P and Expense. Qualifications: 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Techno-Functional roles. Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion and Oracle R12 P2P and Expense modules. Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL. Extensive experience implementing and managing Oracle Middleware solutions using OIC. Demonstrated project delivery experience, ideally within finance and procurement domains. Deep knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Oracle Fusion and Oracle R12. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Preferred Technical Skills: Experience with integration tools and technologies (Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud, RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs). Familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle Database, PostgreSQL. Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure platforms (e.g., AWS, Oracle Cloud). Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to effectively advocate for and align technical solutions with customer and organizational objectives.
