Your income compounds instead of resetting. Who This Role Is For This role is built for people who already know how to sell. If you've succeeded in insurance, real estate, mortgage, auto, telecom, home services, or B2B sales, you have the exact skills that matter here — prospecting, building rapport, handling objections, and closing. You don't need merchant services experience; we'll teach you the product. What you bring is a track record of selling, and the discipline to run your own pipeline. The agents who do best here are closers who want their effort to build something that keeps paying them. How You Get Paid This is a 1099, commission-only role. You earn an upfront bonus on qualifying deals plus a monthly residual on every account you close — income that builds into a portfolio you own and that pays you long after the sale. There's no base salary, and there's no cap. What you earn is tied directly to what you build, and experienced sellers tend to ramp faster than they expect. What You'll Do • Prospect local business owners through outreach, referrals, and your own network • Identify where a merchant is overpaying and present Swipe It's dual-pricing, processing options, and technology solutions in plain terms • Close accounts and guide merchants through a short enrollment process • Complete the Sales Agent Training Program and attend weekly team meetings • Continue to nurture and service your accounts so they keep generating residuals Must-Haves • Based in the United States • A track record of success in a sales or commission-based role • Comfortable self-sourcing your own pipeline through outreach and networking • Self-directed — you can manage your own schedule and activity without daily supervision • Genuinely okay with commission-only pay that grows over time Nice-to-Haves (Not Required) • Experience in insurance, real estate, mortgage, auto, telecom, SaaS, or other B2B/commission sales • An existing network of local business owners or referral sources • Any exposure to merchant services or payments • A reliable way to meet with local businesses in person What Swipe It Provides • $1,000 bonus per deal on qualifying processor placements (details in the interview) • Monthly residual income on every account, compounding as your portfolio grows • A structured Sales Agent Training Program with real coaching — no merchant services experience required • Direct mentoring from Swipe It leadership (our management brings 40+ years of combined sales experience) • Multiple product lines: full POS systems, standalone terminals, and mobile payment solutions • No territory restrictions and a fully self-managed, flexible schedule • Humans who actually answer the phone when you call with questions or need support Why Swipe It Plenty of merchant services companies pay commission and residuals.
