The Role The HR Manager, reporting to the Divisional HR Manager, plays a key role in business partnering with the General Managers within their respective areas. As a member of the senior leadership teams, they are responsible for managing all local people priorities. This role is essential in creating a positive work environment and ensuring the efficient operation of the manufacturing sites they support. Whilst the role is site-based, this is a multi-site role that requires flexibility to travel as required.
