About the Role We are seeking an experienced, detail-driven Corporate Tax Manager to support our accountancy practice on a flexible, part-time remote basis . This is a behind-the-scenes role, well suited to someone who works independently, values accuracy, and enjoys handling well-organized, pre-prepared files. You’ll prepare statutory accounts and corporation tax returns (CT600) based on fully reconciled trial balances prepared by our in-house accountant. No client communication is required. You will provide technical support to our internal team when needed, but deadlines and client management are handled separately . Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness Requirements At least 7 years of experience in UK corporate tax and compliance Proven ability to work independently with high accuracy Strong understanding of UK corporation tax legislation Experience preparing full statutory accounts and CT600s Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files A problem-solving, adaptable mindset with the confidence to question assumptions Software knowledge (e.g., Taxfiler, QuickBooks, etc.) preferred What We Offer 100% remote work with flexible hours No client contact required Clear, well-prepared files from our internal accountant Someone else manages deadlines—you focus on quality output Transparent fixed-fee structure per assignment Compensation (Per Assignment) Typical fees range from £80–£600 per assignment, depending on complexity.
