As a Payroll Consultant, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless payroll processing, issue resolution, and reporting for assigned regions. Key Responsibilities: Oversee payroll processing and transmission for assigned regions, including the US, Canada, and/or LATAM Review, audit, and reconcile various payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance Research and resolve escalated payroll issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner Develop and deliver custom payroll-related reporting for internal and external customers Lead system testing for payroll system changes and enhancements, ensuring seamless implementation Assist with coordination of information requests relating to financial audits, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail Serve as a subject matter expert for payroll system processes, staying up-to-date on federal, state/provincial, and local payroll and tax regulations Requirements: 6+ years of payroll experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Multi-state/locality, Canadian, and/or LATAM payroll experience preferred Workday experience and highly skilled in Excel US/Canada/LATAM experience, with Canadian experience required What We Offer: Career development and promotional growth opportunities to help you achieve your goals A diverse and comprehensive benefits offering, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and more A dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion How to Apply: If you are excited about this role and believe your skills and experience align, please submit your application.
