Job Summary: We are looking for a talented individual to join our Photograph and AV Studio team, which specializes in capturing and creating photo and video assets that shape, enhance, and support our publicity campaigns for Netflix content. As a Photo & AV Studio Specialist, you will play a key role in producing high-quality visual content that drives engagement and excitement for our titles. Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day operational requirements of the team Support a portfolio of projects, including multiple series, movies, documentaries, and docu-series Drive communication with regional mission PR partners, marketing/social teams, showrunners/filmmakers, and talent reps Recruit and supervise unit photographers and video crews, including content and schedule reviews and communication with production Assist with asset management and updating of materials Help oversee photography/video needs for premieres, events, and photo shoots Requirements: Graduate degree Strong understanding of the photography/video industry and digital file specs and size formats Solid eye for producing high-quality visual assets Knowledge of intellectual property laws, usage licenses, and restrictions Experience handling multiple projects and tasks for various individuals and departments simultaneously and managing competing needs Excellent organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently, use sound judgment, think strategically, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to adapt and get the job done Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the entertainment industry Experience working in a global team Familiarity with the Adobe Suite, particularly Premiere Pro What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate: $20-30/hour Opportunity to work with a leading entertainment company Collaborative and dynamic work environment If you are a creative and motivated individual with a passion for photography and video production, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
