Production Finance Manager at Netflix

Join the world's leading online entertainment service as a Production Finance Manager, where you will play a critical role in our Creation Finance team. As a key partner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Production, Legal, Tax, Content Preparation, and Content Accounting to drive financial excellence. Job Summary: Ensure accurate, timely, and complete budgeting, cost reporting, and breakage analysis, review, and reporting Manage revenue and funding processes, including experience with local market taxes and IVA/Tank charges Provide title and record-level situation analysis, estimates, and analysis comps versus local and global trends Collaborate with the Netflix Worldwide Originals team and third-party local production services companies Provide training, guidance, and leadership to the team, ensuring best practices, financial controls, and cash management Develop and present insightful analysis and recommendations to Netflix executives and leaders Requirements: 2+ years of production finance and/or production accounting experience with significant exposure in Latin America Knowledge of US-based production finance arrangements and US-based accounting systems (Project and Group PSL or EP Worldwide Vista a plus) Fluency in English and Spanish languages Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment Highly organized, self-motivated, and disciplined, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred What We Offer: Competitive salary: $20-30/hour Opportunity to work with a leading global entertainment company Collaborative and dynamic work environment Professional development and growth opportunities Apply Now to join our team as a Production Finance Manager and contribute to the success of Netflix's global productions.
