Plant Finance Leader

About the position As a Plant Controller at Honeywell, you will oversee the financial operations of the manufacturing plant within the Honeywell Safety and Productivity Solutions (HSS) business unit. Your role is crucial in developing and implementing strategies to optimize financial performance, improve cost efficiency, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. You will analyze financial data, prepare budgets and forecasts, and provide insights to support decision-making, directly impacting the success of the HSS business unit. Responsibilities • Oversee the financial operations of the manufacturing plant within the HSS business unit. , • Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance and improve cost efficiency. , • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. , • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making. , • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. , • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the HSS business unit to drive financial initiatives and process improvements. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role. , • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. , • Proven track record of driving financial performance and cost efficiency. , • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Nice-to-haves • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. , • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. , • CPA or CMA certification. , • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. , • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
