The Role We are looking for a highly motivated Account Supervisor to join our growing team in Mexico City. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in integrated communications and client management who is eager to lead dynamic teams and support strategic storytelling across earned, owned, and paid media. As an Account Supervisor, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining strong client relationships, managing day-to-day activities, and overseeing campaign development and execution. You will mentor junior team members, contribute to new business initiatives, and ensure that all work meets Edelman’s standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic planning and execution of communications programs for key accounts across multiple channels. Serve as the daily point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships. Manage internal teams and workflows to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables. Oversee media relations strategy and execution, including proactive outreach and message development. Collaborate with creative, strategy, digital, and paid media teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Monitor budgets, timelines, and KPIs; provide regular performance reports to clients. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and contribute to new business pitches. Qualifications 4–6 years of experience in public relations, communications, or related agency roles. Demonstrated experience managing multi-stakeholder client relationships. Strong media relations skills and understanding of the Mexican media and influencer landscape. Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to lead and inspire junior team members. Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail and project management skills.
