Salary dependent on experience Due to recent growth, our well-established client is looking for a wills & probate/private client solicitor or legal executive to join their private client team, based at their South Woodford office. You must have experience in dealing with estate administration both probate and intestacy, applying for grants of representation, dealing with related inheritance tax returns, and Will drafting and drafting of lasting powers of attorney (both finance & property and health & welfare) and Court of Protection deputyship cases. The role will be client facing, so it essential that you are a confident communicator with the ability to deal with clients (with sensitivity and with discretion) and other staff proactively and professionally.
