Create a supportive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes both academic and personal development. Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support as needed. Collaborate with fellow teachers to share best practices and ensure a cohesive learning experience. Manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive, respectful atmosphere. Essential Qualifications: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) or equivalent teaching qualification. Solid understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and key stage 2 teaching strategies. Passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential. Desirable Skills & Experience: Experience teaching Year 3 or in a similar primary school setting. Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
