Description Our FinTech client is seeking a Digital Production Designer on producing assets for digital ads, website content, social media campaigns, and emails to support paid marketing and brand initiatives. Responsibilities: Create performance-driven digital assets across paid and organic channels. Collaborate on tentpole brand campaigns and marketing experiments. Design content that simplifies complex financial concepts creatively and effectively. Ensure flawless execution with attention to detail in typography, layout, and branding. Requirements - 2-4 years of experience as a designer in an agency, production studio, or in-house creative team - Demonstrated expertise in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite - Experience working across media channels, including digital, print and non-traditional media - Some combination of motion graphics, illustration, photography/videography, and/or video editing skills a plus Innovation starts with people.
