Qlik Administrator - Kforce Technology Staffing

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a Qlik Administrator for a remote contract role. Roles and Responsibilities: Installation & Configuration: * Install and configure Qlik Replicate on servers * Set up source and target endpoints (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, etc.) * Configure replication tasks (Full Load, CDC, or both) Monitoring & Maintenance: * Monitor replication tasks for performance, latency, and errors * Perform routine health checks on the Qlik Replicate environment * Troubleshoot and resolve replication issues Performance Tuning: * Optimize replication tasks for throughput and minimal latency * Tune source/target endpoints and task settings for best performance Security & Compliance: * Manage user access and roles within Qlik Replicate * Ensure data replication complies with organizational security policies Upgrades & Patching: * Plan and execute version upgrades and patch installations * Validate functionality post-upgrade Backup & Recovery: * Backup Qlik Replicate configurations and metadata * Implement disaster recovery strategies for replication tasks Collaboration & Documentation: * Work with DBAs, data engineers, and business teams to understand data requirements * Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps Automation & Scripting: * Use Qlik Replicate CLI or REST API for automation * Develop scripts for task creation, monitoring, and reporting REQUIREMENTS: * To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed * Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
