Independent Contractor – Real Estate Wholesale Closer (25% Commission) Location: Remote (United States) Company: TNT Property Solutions (DBA – Peniar Company Limited) Pay: Commission Only – 25% of Net Profit from Closed Wholesale Deals About Us TNT Property Solutions is a New York–based real estate investment and wholesaling business, operating under Peniar Company Limited. We specialize in finding, negotiating, and closing profitable wholesale real estate deals. We are expanding our network and seeking driven wholesale closers who can take pre-qualified leads and turn them into successful contracts. The Role As an Independent Contractor Wholesale Closer, you will be given pre-qualified leads from motivated sellers and will work to negotiate, structure, and close wholesale contracts. This is a commission-only role designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments. Your ability to hustle and close deals directly impacts your income. What You’ll Do • Work pre-qualified leads provided by the company — no cold list building required • Negotiate terms with sellers to secure wholesale contracts • Build rapport and trust quickly with potential sellers • Evaluate property details and make offers that meet company criteria • Manage contract execution and ensure smooth closings • Maintain organized records of communications and deal progress What We Offer • High Commission: Earn 25% of net profit from each closed wholesale deal you close (paid after deal closes and funds are received) • Pre-qualified leads — focus your time on closing, not prospecting • Remote flexibility — work from anywhere in the U.S. • Opportunities for growth and increased deal volume over time • Support, scripts, and negotiation guidance available when needed What You Need • Proven sales or negotiation experience (real estate wholesale experience preferred but not required) • Strong communication skills and the ability to close deals • A “hustler” mentality with a self-motivated and results-driven approach • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deals at once • Reliable phone and internet access (contractors cover their own expenses) Important Details • This is an independent contractor role, not an employee position • You are responsible for your own taxes and expenses • Non-disclosure agreement required — leads and deal details cannot be shared or used elsewhere • This is a non-exclusive role — you may work with other companies as long as you do not share our leads or confidential information How to Apply If you have the skills, drive, and determination to close deals and grow your income, we want to hear from you.
