As part of our next chapter, we’re launching a recruitment agency vertical aimed at helping businesses discover the right talent efficiently through technology, insight, and process-driven hiring solutions. About the Role We are looking for a Recruitment Partner to join us as a core contributor in developing and launching this new vertical. This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in recruitment agency operations and entrepreneurial ambitions — someone ready to contribute strategically, grow a service from the ground up, and align their long-term goals with InCart’s mission. Responsibilities Help structure and define the recruitment agency workflow, systems, and service offerings Assist with candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and client engagement plans Research and integrate best practices in recruitment technology and tools Work with the InCart team to shape the go-to-market strategy for the new product Provide operational and strategic support during product launch and early-stage growth What We’re Looking For Experience or deep understanding of recruitment agency models and full-cycle hiring Familiarity with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, or client acquisition processes Strong communication, process thinking, and problem-solving skills A mindset aligned with startups and early-stage product development Entrepreneurial drive — someone who wants to lead, not just execute What You’ll Gain Real-world experience launching a new recruitment product with direct impact Strategic involvement from planning to execution Certificate & recommendation letter upon successful completion Flexible, remote working environment Potential for future leadership or long-term collaboration based on performance Important Note This is an unpaid strategic internship/collaboration offered by InCart .
