Job Description
HealthConnect Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Telehealth team. As an RN Telehealth, you will provide top-notch medical care and support to patients remotely, ensuring they receive the best possible healthcare services from the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth consultations and follow-up appointments with patients.
- Assess patient needs, symptoms, and medical history through virtual visits.
- Provide patient education, support, and counseling as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Stay current with telehealth best practices and industry standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- BSN degree preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Previous telehealth or remote healthcare experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with telehealth technology and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Educational Qualifications
- Active RN license.
- BSN degree preferred.
- Continuing education in telehealth practices is a plus.
