Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the problem and determining the best solution.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are completely resolved.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.
Requirements
- High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer or laptop.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Educational Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field is a plus.
