Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Torentify is a fast-growing healthcare media company approaching $100 million in annual revenue. They are seeking an experienced Revenue Accounting Manager to lead revenue accounting operations, manage the order-to-cash process, and ensure compliance with ASC 606 while driving automation across revenue processes.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end revenue accounting function
- Manage the complete order-to-cash (O2C) lifecycle
- Lead ASC 606 revenue recognition and contract review
- Prepare and maintain revenue schedules
- Ensure accurate integration between CRM/OMS systems and NetSuite
- Oversee billing, accounts receivable, and collections
- Improve revenue processes, automation, and data quality
- Support month-end close, financial reporting, and external audits
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, FP&A, IT, and Engineering teams
- Manage and mentor the Billing and Accounts Receivable team
- Support NetSuite ERP implementation and revenue process modernization
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Previous ownership of revenue accounting in a private company
- Strong hands-on experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition
- Experience reviewing customer contracts and revenue schedules
- Expertise managing the full Order-to-Cash (O2C) process
- ERP system experience; NetSuite preferred
- Previous people management experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- CPA preferred
- Public accounting experience is a plus
