Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking an Administrative Specialist Senior to provide administrative support for the statewide Electrical program. The role involves reviewing Electrical License applications and assisting in coordinating Electrical Continuing Education programs.
Responsibilities
- Reviews new and renewal applications for the Electrical licensing and certification program
- Assists in coordinating Electrical Continuing Education programs
- Interprets laws, regulations, policies, and procedures to agency staff and public
- Answers calls to the Division of Electrical main phone line
- Monitors and responds to phone messages left in the Electrical inbox
Skills
- Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree
- Three years of professional, administrative, or business experience
- Experience reviewing and processing applications
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
