As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and securing top talent for exempt-level positions, including accounting and finance, procurement, engineering, and information technology. In this remote role, you will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract and retain exceptional talent, driving organizational growth and success. Your expertise in full-cycle recruiting, passive candidate sourcing, and talent pipeline development will be essential in creating an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
