Job Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of corporate tax compliance and planning for C corps, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services to our clients. Conduct tax research and analysis to support strategic tax planning initiatives and drive business growth. Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in complex tax matters and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on tax-related issues and providing exceptional client service. Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated tax solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth. Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and optimizing tax strategies to drive business success. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in corporate tax, with a strong focus on C corps. Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
