Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Releventful is a modern event management platform that is seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer experiences. The role involves leading customer onboarding, training, and support, while working closely with various teams to improve the overall customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects
- Conduct live customer training sessions and follow-up coaching
- Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding and early customer lifecycle stages
- Provide timely and professional chat and email support
- Assist customers with platform setup, configuration, and adoption
- Identify customer risks and proactively drive retention efforts
- Build strong customer relationships and advocate for customer success
- Document, triage, and communicate product feedback, bugs, and enhancement requests
- Maintain and improve onboarding documentation and training resources
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Leadership to continually improve the customer experience
