As a Regional Business Manager for Women’s Health, you will lead a team of sales professionals to drive growth, execute regional business plans, and build partnerships with healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a regional team to deliver sales and market share goals across Conceptra’s women’s health portfolio
- Analyze market trends, performance data, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and close gaps
- Build and execute tactical regional business plans aligned with national strategy and brand objectives
- Implement brand initiatives at the regional level while managing resources and budgets for maximum ROI
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Conceptra and competitive products, ensuring the team’s clinical and technical fluency
- Foster a performance-driven, collaborative culture—coaching and mentoring representatives to reach their potential
- Provide ongoing coaching and written feedback; assess performance, skills, and professional development needs
- Cultivate strong customer relationships with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and distribution partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all activities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline required
- 3–5 years of medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales management experience
- Proven success leading field sales teams and achieving commercial goals
- Demonstrated ability to develop talent, lead through change, and promote team performance
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Solid understanding of the U.S. healthcare landscape and influence model
- Familiarity with HR and people management principles
- Must reside near a major metropolitan airport
- Travel requirement: Moderate to extensive. Expected travel 2–4 days per week (approximately 40–80% of working time), subject to business/regional needs
- Experience in areas such as managed care, buy & bill, or specialty distribution preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); CRM or ERP system experience preferred
