Position Overview Harbor is seeking a Remote Data Analyst to support litigation teams and internal operations by transforming complex datasets into actionable insights. This role blends structured data analysis, quality control, workflow optimization, and client-facing reporting. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable working with large datasets, and experienced in environments where accuracy and defensibility matter. Key Responsibilities • Analyze structured and semi-structured datasets related to litigation and investigations • Build reports and dashboards for internal leadership and client deliverables • Perform quality control audits on document review outputs and production sets • Assist with search term testing, validation, and performance metrics • Create and maintain data tracking systems for case progress, responsiveness rates, and workflow efficiency • Support AI-assisted document review workflows with structured outputs • Extract and normalize data from platforms such as Relativity or similar systems • Identify patterns, anomalies, and defensibility risks within datasets • Document methodologies clearly to ensure repeatability and auditability • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, client services, and leadership About Harbor Harbor Litigation Solutions LLC is a boutique litigation support and legal technology consulting firm serving law firms and corporate legal departments nationwide.
