Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ektello is partnering with a news and media leader to find a Data Analyst to join their growing team. The role involves assisting the People Analytics team by performing data requests for audits and supporting decision-making through data analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that support day-to-day decision-making across HR and the business
- Analyze workforce trends, including attrition, offboarding survey results, talent acquisition metrics, compensation, benefits, learning, talent development, and other people-related initiatives
- Translate business questions into clear analyses, insights, presentations, and recommendations for HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Support recurring reporting, ad hoc data requests, audits, and data quality reviews to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable people data
- Partner with stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Talent Development, HR Operations, and broader business teams to understand reporting and analytics needs

- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Power BI

- SAP and/or Workday experience
