Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Voyageur Group is a retail agency that specializes in managing Amazon, Target, and Retail Media channels for consumer brands. They are seeking a New Business Account Executive to drive new business for their Amazon service line, handling everything from initial conversations to closing contracts.
Responsibilities
- Own Amazon new business end to end, from first conversation to signed contract
- Work qualified outbound and inbound opportunities, and build your own pipeline through sharp, disciplined prospecting
- Run discovery calls that surface a brand's real KPIs, pressures, and priorities
- Present Amazon audits that expose the gaps and the upside, then shape bespoke proposals with input on scope and pricing
- Make the calls, book the meetings, follow up relentlessly, and move deals forward
- Speak credibly about Amazon growth (advertising, catalog, operations, forecasting) so brands see an expert who happens to sell
- Keep a clean, current pipeline in HubSpot and hit your activity and revenue targets
Skills
- 3+ years in a quota-carrying B2B sales or business development role, with evidence you can build your own pipeline: you have prospected, run full deal cycles, and hit or beaten quota
- 3+ years running Amazon, ecommerce, or CPG accounts (agency, brand, or retailer side), with hands-on Seller or Vendor Central, advertising, and catalog or account-management experience
- Enough fluency in Amazon and retail to hold your own with an ecommerce director or founder, or the drive to get there fast if you come from the sales side
- Comfort with performance-based compensation and a self-directed, remote working style
- Resilience and hustle. You are comfortable with high activity, a consultative sales cycle that can run a few months, and hearing no on the way to yes
- Comfort with numbers. You can speak credibly to pipeline, forecast, and a brand's KPIs
- Strong written and verbal communication, and the discipline to keep a CRM current
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Familiarity with the tools of the job. Bonus if you know the Amazon research stack (Seller or Vendor Central, advertising consoles, SmartScout, Helium 10) or a modern sales stack (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay) and AI tools like Claude
